Refund Policy, Cancellation Terms & Waiver

Effective for all participants of the F/8 and Go There Mexico City Photo Trip

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The $500 deposit is non-refundable. This secures your spot and covers initial planning and materials.

  • The remaining is refundable as follows:

    • Cancel before August 15, 2025 → 100% refund

    • Cancel between August 16–September 15, 2025 → 50% refund

    • Cancel after September 15, 2025 → No refund

Cancellations must be submitted by email. If we can fill your spot from the waitlist, we may issue a partial refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Trip Cancellation by Organizers

If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen events (such as extreme weather, political unrest, or travel restrictions), you may choose:

  • A full refund (excluding any costs you’ve paid to third parties), or

  • A credit toward a future workshop or tour.

We are not responsible for any additional costs such as airfare, hotel bookings outside the group block, or other personal expenses.

Travel Insurance (Required)

All participants must carry travel insurance that includes:

  • Medical emergencies abroad

  • Trip cancellation/interruption

  • Personal liability and gear coverage (recommended)

You’ll be asked to provide proof of insurance no later than 30 days before the trip.

Waiver of Liability

By joining this trip, you acknowledge that travel includes risks and agree to hold harmless Carlos Rivera, F/8 and Go There, Beers & Cameras, and any affiliated partners from any liability related to:

  • Injuries, accidents, or medical issues

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

  • Trip delays or itinerary changes outside of our control

You participate at your own risk and agree to be responsible for your actions at all times.
